I’ve put all of our pre-break schedule onto a separate page so that we don’t get cluttered here. In some ways we’re starting a whole new class! The detailed plans for each week are at the bottom of this page. These will be dynamically updated as we adjust things.

Week 8 (March 23, 25): Audio / Disease and war

Week 10 (April 6, 8): Timelines / Professionalization + imperial ambitions

Week 11 (April 13, 15): Mapping / Mexican-American War

Week 12 (April 20, 22): Sustainability and ethics / The military after the war is over (Special guest: Janine Hubai!)

Final Exam

There is no final exam in this class; your final project is due on exam day at the exam time.
